The collagen from our Unflavored Superpowder helps to heal and line your gut, support digestion, improve joints and bones, and boost skin, hair, and nail health.
– 1 scoop or packet, Wholy Dose Unflavored Superpowder
– 1 cup, warm milk (we love almond, oat, or coconut milk)
– 1/2 tsp, turmeric powder
– 1/2-1 tsp, cinnamon powder
– 1 tsp, coconut butter or canned coconut milk
– Dash of maple syrup or honey (optional)
– Rose petals for garnish (optional)
* Tip: You can use a pre-made golden milk/turmeric latte mix and blend it with our Unflavored Superpowder instead
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
2. Blend on high, until smooth
3. Pour into cup and enjoy
* You can simmer all ingredients over a pot instead
