Jumpstart your morning with this collagen protein smoothie recipe. It's quick and easy to make, packed with protein, and gets you your daily dosage of collagen peptides.
Aside from the collagen protein, you can boost this smoothie with more protein by adding in things like raw almonds or cashews, flax seeds, hemp seeds, or chia seeds.
– 1 scoop or packet, Wholy Dose Unflavored Superpowder
– 1 cup, milk of choice (we used oat milk)
– 1-2 tbsp, instant coffee (the more, the stronger it'll taste)
– Handful, ice
– 1, frozen or ripe banana
– Dash of cinnamon (optional)
– Optional add-ins for extra protein: flax seeds, chia seeds, raw almonds or cashews
* You can use 1 cup of brewed coffee and milk instead
