Collagen Hot Chocolate


Make your own collagen hot chocolate at home with this healthy(ish) hot chocolate recipe. You can use cacao or cocoa powder and sweeten it up with your sweetener of choice–including keto-friendly sweeteners like monk fruit powder or stevia.


– 1 serving, Wholy Dose Unflavored Superpowder

– 1 cup, warm milk (we love oat milk, cashew milk, or almond milk) 

– 1 tbsp, cacao or cocoa powder (we love cacao)

– 1-2 tbsp, honey (or sweetener of choice such as brown sugar, coconut sugar, stevia, monk fruit, or omit altogether)

– Dash of vanilla extract (optional)

– Pinch of salt

– Toppings of choice such as marshmallows, whipped cream, chocolate shavings, cinnamon, or nutmeg 


1. Combine all ingredients (except the toppings) in a pot over the stove or in a blender

2. Stir or blend on high, until smooth

3. Pour to a mug

4. Top with toppings of choice

5. Sip and enjoy
