– 3-6 scoops or packets, Wholy Dose Unflavored Superpowder

– 1, butternut squash⠀

– 1, carrot⠀

– 1, potato⠀

– 1, onion

– 2-4, garlic cloves

– Creme fraiche (or substitute with greek yogurt, nut milk, or canned coconut milk)

– Curry powder

– Salt + pepper⠀

Other Things You’ll Need

– Blender

– Large cooking spoon


1. Bring a pot to a boil

2. Cut up the butternut squash into small pieces 

3. Prepare the other vegetables by peeling and slicing into smaller pieces

4. Add the butternut squash into the pot, cover the pot and simmer on medium-high for about 10-15 minutes

5. Add the remaining vegetables into the pot, cover the pot and simmer on medium for about 10-15 minutes (until all the vegetables are soft)

6. Once the vegetables are soft, using a cooking spoon, push down on the vegetables to cut them up into smaller pieces (similar to pureeing)

7. Add the cooked vegetables to a blender along with the remaining ingredients, blend on high until smooth (add more flavoring/spices as you go to your taste preference)

8. Pour to a bowl and enjoy
