Ingredients

– 1 serving, Wholy Dose Beauty Tonic Superfood Powder

– 1 cup, water

– Ice cube tray

Directions

1. Combine Wholy Dose powder and water to a blender and blend on medium-high, until the powder is dissolved (frothing may occur)

2. Pour mixture into an ice tray and freeze overnight

3. Enjoy by adding the ice cubes to your Wholy Dose Beauty Tonic drinks, or add to water, sparkling water, lemonade, tea, or juice
